He was just being arrogant to those employees and management of condopark kasi they were lying pa kasi eh. Imbes na sabihin ang totoo eh pinagtatakpan pa nila ang buwisit na corrupt na chinese na yan. I been in central park kasi one of my friend rent a condo there at 30minutes kami nakulong sa elevetor at super baho at ang dumi nang tubig at puro crack ang walls na parang ang daling matumba ang condo. Kawawa yung mga bumili nang unit sa central park. Oh also ang taas pa nang amenites fee

Pra sa iyo AIANHILLARYEUAN..sa mga ktulad n ching na crrupt at alng rspeto sa mga nktira sa condo, he doesnt dserve 2 b rspectd espcially sa mga mgnt dhil they do whtever the owner tells them..Tulfo has 2 b assertive in mking the cmplaints n dmand for d pple to b able to mke the point..for Tulfo doing nvestgative reprting like this, his personality of dealing with korakut and corrupt individuals has to b a big plus to gain d psitive outcome..u show no mercy ..
I appreciate what the bitag is doing for the sake of the customers but i dont think Mr Tulfo has the right to be arrogant and nasty to employees and management of condopark.They are just human and deserved a respect.yes they have lapses but you are not in the position to behave like that at wag kang magmumura especially that you are on air.kala mo ikaw ang batas.you are just human like me,like the employees of condopark.kaya magpakatao ka para irespeto ka.how much more if you are off air.

Talagang you’re better off with buying from a well-known and reputable builder. New houses and units always have stuff that need to be fixed and adjusted. It’s a mess if the builder is messed up.
