How much can I have my 1 BR condo in east Rogers Park rented out?
Its gut rehabbed, everything is new, cherry wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, etc.. a block from the lake, and washer dryer in the unit. its a 3 year old condo. The facade is is 1920′s vintage brick bldg. Beautiful!

It really depends on where you live. I’m not sure where Roger’s Park is. The best way to get an idea is to get a Renters Guide for your area and look for apts/condos that have roughly the same amenities that you are offering, and charge what they charge on average.
