So let’s say you live in southern california(The San Gabriel Valley) and you didn’t make that much money. What would you much rather look into a Mobile/Trailer Park or Condo/Apartment/Renting a home. I’m looking into moving in a Mobile/Trailer Park because, of course they are WAY cheaper than any other options and just save my way until i can afford to buy a home.

Trailer Park myself. I favored this places for the price.
My advise is to rent what you need to rent to save for a home, but don’t compromise on safety and especially consider who your neighbors will be if you have kids. No snotty responses please, I know there are crummy apartments and nice trailer parks.
Please, never, never consider buying a trailer in a trailer park. I have personally known several people in 3 seperate locations who got burned this way when the park owner decided to develope the property and made the trailer owners move their homes. Normally, a used trailer will cost more to move than it is worth!
I wouldn’t for two reasons:
1) Trailers go up like matches, when there is a fire.
2) They depreciate in value…like a car.
3) Difficult to insure or finance.
The only reason someone should purchase a trailer instead of a house is if there are NO condos available in the area and the houses are too expensive.
Otherwise, it is a waste of money.
